We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Insurance Product Development to lead our team in supporting and managing insurance product performance in the market by managing industry-leading products that inspire, protect and restore our customers' dreams! This role is critical to our success and involves applying analysis from a variety of internal and external sources to conduct root cause analysis. You will have a background in auto or property insurance and experience driving profitability, growth, and customer experience improvements. Position Compensation Range: $128,000.00 - $216,000.00Pay Rate Type: SalaryCompensation may vary based on the job level and your geographic work location.
