JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The World Campus Office of the Registrar is in search of an energetic, flexible, and customer-focused person to serve as an Academic Records Coordinator-Support. As a member of the Registrar's Office team, the Academic Records Coordinator-Support helps to provide front-line service to populations both internal and external to World Campus and the greater University. This position has a strong emphasis on communication with students, staff, faculty, and internal contacts across the University in order to keep accurate student records. The Academic Records Coordinator-Support position assists students in enrolling in World Campus course work, as well as providing information and answering questions regarding various enrollment situations and is integral to the development and maintaining of the student's academic record. This may include one or more of the following:
Education and Experience: Minimum requirement is a high school diploma/GED. The ideal candidate should possess prior work experience with office technology including the MS Office Suite; a strong work ethic; a dedication to providing excellent customer service to our students as well as our internal customers; strong written and verbal communication skills; sound critical thinking and decision-making skills and the willingness to learn and adapt to new and evolving technologies. Additional Information: The hours for this position will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. -5:00 p.m. EST. This position works consistently on a remote basis but requires travel to the office on a consistent, rotating basis for mail processing. Staff may also be required to be onsite for other events/activities/trainings/meetings. Required travel to University Park will be at the employee's expense.
