Position Summary: This is a Sales Position. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive who is passionate about technology and excited to engage with clients with a focus on life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with new clients, facilitating product demonstrations, and guiding them through evaluations that showcase how our product can be used to address their specific data management challenges in clinical research, drug development, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities (we have clients around the world).
• Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the unique features and benefits of our software, with a focus on the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries' specific needs, such as clinical data management, research collaboration, and regulatory compliance.
• Shepherd potential clients through the evaluation process, ensuring they understand how our platform can solve their data management challenges in drug discovery, clinical trials, and FDA submissions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their environments and unique use cases, cross-polinating ideas, and ensuring clients get the most value possible from their investment in Starfish.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales process and ownership process, with a deep understanding of the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years Sales Experience
• Strong understanding of file systems, storage technologies, and data management challenges specific to the pharmaceutical sector, including clinical data management, regulatory compliance, and research collaboration.
• A track record of successful client engagement and relationship building, especially within the life sciences and pharmaceutical industries.
• Intrinsic motivation to ensure clients derive maximum value from our technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for storytelling that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for leveraging technology to drive business success
