Overview:

Innovative Renal Care is seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead and execute our marketing strategy, ensuring the success of programs that drive organizational growth, lead generation, and performance. In this key leadership role, you will play a hands-on part in building and scaling high-impact marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and fuel business growth.

As Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with a talented team to refine messaging, positioning, and multi-channel strategies. You'll also oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, advertising, events, product launches, and sales enablement materials, all while driving measurable results. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact on our organization's success and shape the future of marketing at Innovative Renal Care.

Essential Functions:



  • Lead the execution of marketing and advertising campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Develop and optimize messaging, positioning, and channel strategies for B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content that highlights our unique value in the healthcare industry.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop growth enablement materials, including whitepapers, presentations, and more.
  • Leverage analytics and market research to enhance marketing strategies and campaign effectiveness.
  • Implement CRM tools and strategies to drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Stay ahead of marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Foster collaboration and creativity within the marketing team and across departments.



Required Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is required.
  • At least 7+ years in a manager or director level marketing role, with experience in managing campaigns and leading teams.
  • A solid understanding of the healthcare industry and its unique marketing challenges.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to juggle multiple projects, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
