PURPOSE: The Senior Treasury Analyst will work closely with the other Treasury Analysts and Treasury Manager to ensure compliance with ABL and Debt Covenants, daily cash management and vendor maintenance. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review and approve wire transfers and ach debits, ensuring proper authorizations.
- Maintain debt and interest schedules for month and quarter end internal and external reporting.
- Review and approve payee control items in our ERP system.
- Manage bank account administration process, including bank documentation, system security and SOX compliance.
- Analyze bank fees, recommend cost savings, maintain bank accounts, and bank account documentation.
- Manage letter of credit administration process, including the establishment, amendment and timely cancellation of letters of credit. Ensure letters of credit are extended prior to expiration as needed.
- Manage cross-departmental initiatives including due diligence for capital market transactions, assisting implementation of controls around our inventory financing arrangements & asset-based lending programs and
audit compliance. - Assist the Treasury Manager in areas including: financial analysis, financial modeling and special projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or economics and ideally a professional treasury qualification (CTP, etc.)
- 5+ years' experience in a similar position
- SAP experience is a plus.

- Proficiency in use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
