There are no limits to where you can take your career. Job Summary Maintains premises, rest and working areas of offices and industrial buildings in clean and orderly condition. Job Responsibilities Perform basic janitorial duties of: Dusting furniture, walls, fixtures and equipment. Scrubbing, mopping, waxing and buffing floors Removing refuse & recycling Polishing furniture, fixtures or trimmings Ordering janitorial supplies Cleaning restrooms Washing windows and mirrors Changing air filters Keeping the grounds clear of debris Cleaning refrigerators Assist with other maintenance duties as necessary. Job Qualifications Required Qualifications: Be able to lift and carry over 30lbs Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of general plumbing skills i.e.: replace fittings, fix leaks, open clogged drains and replace fixtures. Knowledge of general carpentry skills i.e.: ability to use woodworking tools such as measuring devices, electrical saws and drills.
