2ND SHIFT (3PM-11PM)

Pay and Benefits
* Pay Rate = $26.96 per hour, plus shift differential for 2nd

RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Safely operate and produce as much quality products as possible per the corrugator schedule/line up in your scheduled shift
  • Must know and be able to perform all lock-out procedures as required per the LOTO procedures. Must know how to properly shut down all machine components in case of an emergency.
  • Must be able to read a specification sheet and be able to interpret a corrugator line up. Must be able to identify the different types of stock.
  • Must understand the importance and demonstrate the ability to properly complete the quality checks, production information and waste details in the computer system. Quality checks include but are not limited to dimensions, score locations, score quality, soak test, pin adhestion and board caliper.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate any quality issue to the crew so as to have proper adjustments made in order to meet customer expectations
  • must know how to perform duties for Preventative Maintenance, and of shift daily cleanup and weekend clean up procedures.
  • Must know all yield and waste control procedures.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Help push load forces up to 90 pounds.
  • Must be able to work overtime hours and weekends as needed.
  • Must be willing and able to work any shift.
  • Must be able to be on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
