The Summer 2025 Internship Program at MidFirst Bank offers qualified students the opportunity to integrate academic learning with hands-on, practical experience in a fast-paced commercial banking environment. High performing interns are eligible for full-time positions in the Officer Development Program.
The Summer Internship includes:
* A comprehensive overview of the banking industry via case studies, departmental rotations, executive briefings, strategy meetings and special projects.
* Business and industry research, compliance monitoring and financial analysis.
* Loan presentations to senior management.
* One-on-one mentoring with recent ODP graduates, program managers and HR career counselors.
* Team challenges and after hours social events.
Position Requirements
* Completed junior year of a BA/BS degree.
* Business major required.
* Cumulative 3.25 GPA.
* Accounting or finance coursework required.
* Demonstrated extracurricular achievement.
* Proven analytical ability and attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and excel in a deadline-driven environment.
* High level of initiative and accountability.
* Results-driven, team-oriented and client-focused.
* Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
The Summer Officer Development Internship Program has a target start date as of 5/28/25 - 08/01/2025
