Join Our Team as an Outpatient Department Nurse at ProHealth Care!

We're looking for a compassionate, skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional care in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. In this role, you'll perform vital duties like IV infusions, injections, assisting with procedures, and coordinating care for optimal patient outcomes.

Schedule Details:24 hours per week - weekend/holiday rotation


What You Will Do:

As a Clinical Nurse, you will be a competent practitioner who blends theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in patient care. You will deliver care using a systematic approach, guided by patient responses and clinical situations. You'll also supervise and direct delegated nursing tasks in line with your education and experience. These nurses also supervise and direct delegated nursing acts commensurate with educational preparation and demonstrated abilities of the person supervised.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Caring:

    • Deliver individualized care and build therapeutic relationships with patients and families.


  • Clinical Knowledge & Decision-Making:

    • Confidently apply Standards of Practice, create care plans, and advocate for patients.
    • Use experience to anticipate clinical events and manage care effectively.


  • Collaboration:

    • Work as a key member of the healthcare team, delegating tasks as appropriate.


  • Leadership:

    • Build collaborative relationships and ensure accountability in achieving desired outcomes.




What You Will Need:

Associate's Degree in Nursing required. Bachelor's Degree is preferred

Wisconsin Registered Nurse License

Valid American Heart (AHA) Basic Life Support ( BLS) certification.
