We are currently hiring an Accounting and Purchasing Support Specialist for one of the nation's top Consumer Lenders. Description * Will be responsible for reviewing SOW's and Agreements from an accounting and financial lens * Responsible for the accuracy on invoices or credits due * Create Purchase Orders * Submit orders for approval * Work closely with Accounts Payable team * Reconcile corporate Amex card bi-weekly * Assist with ordering office supplies, computers, etc. and creating goods receipts in the system Qualifications MUST HAVES: - 2+ years of experience within accounting functions, ideally within Accounts Payable - Experience within Microsoft Excel - can utilize basic formulas - Excellent communication skills - need to communicate with every department - Excellent organizational skills - Reconciliation experience - Wants stability in a role and comfortable being in one position for 5 years #prioritywest Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00/hr.
