Our client is looking for an IT Support Technician to assist in imaging, deployment, and troubleshooting of IT equipment. This person will split their time between assisting in a hardware refresh, windows upgrade and providing overall operational support for users across the various locations. *Skills* Troubleshooting, ServiceNow, Technical support, Windows, Hardware, Imaging, Deployment, Desktop, SCCM, Printers, Windows 10, Active directory, Ticketing system, Support, Hardware support, Office 365, Outlook *Top Skills Details* 1) Previous experience supporting a hardware upgrade 2) Previously supported a windows 10 upgrade 3) Experience working through ServiceNow Additional experience: - Route / Escalate Help Desk tickets to appropriate team members - Troubleshoot IT issues remotely using remote support software and onsite from desktops, printers, peripherals and network / Wi-Fi - VPN - Break/Fix and Equipment Mounting/ Moving - Ensuring continuous uptime for computers, and peripherals, and working with vendors to service basic medical equipment - Deploying hardware for new employees *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - 1-2 years of IT (preferably field services) experience - A degree or equivalent certifications in IT *Experience Level* Entry Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
