Position Overview:

As a Talent and Culture Intern, you will play a key role in enhancing our company's onboarding journey, employee experience, and engagement initiatives. Your creative talents will be crucial in developing impactful training content and culture-building activities. You will also be involved in designing visually appealing graphics that align with our company's values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Dive into the World of AI and Training Content Development

    • Create exciting and educational AI-driven training modules. Help design digital and interactive materials that fit different learning styles and make employee growth fun and engaging.


  • Craft an Unforgettable Onboarding Journey

    • Be part of designing a standout onboarding experience that welcomes new hires into our company family. Collaborate with HR and department leaders to ensure our Post Day 1 onboarding experience is smooth, informative, and downright awesome.


  • Boost Employee Experience and Engagement

    • Get involved in planning cool initiatives to boost employee happiness and keep everyone engaged. Collect feedback to spot areas needing improvement and devise creative solutions to enhance the employee experience.


  • Build a Culture That Rocks

    • Support programs and events that embody our values and culture. Work with various departments to maintain a positive and inclusive vibe at the workplace, keeping employee engagement high through fun programs and activities.


  • Unleash Your Inner Graphic Designer and Videographer

    • Use your graphic design and Videography skills to create eye-catching visuals that elevate training materials and cultural initiatives. Make sure all designs reflect our brand's unique identity.


  • Craft Content That Pops

    • Design and develop engaging content for our internal communication platforms like intranet sites and newsletters. Keep everyone in the loop about exciting learning and development opportunities.


  • Collaborate and Build Relationships

    • Team up with HR business partners to create strategies that support employee learning, career growth, and leadership skills.


  • Stay Ahead with Industry Research

    • Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent and culture development.


  • Be the Ultimate Support for Talent Development

    • Provide top-notch support to the Talent Development Leader by handling scheduling, document preparation, and program logistics like a boss.




What You Bring to the Table:


  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Digital Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in culture, talent management, learning and development, organizational development.
  • 3.0 GPA or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the full 12 weeks (no vacation weeks) minus shut down the week of Fourth of July
  • You have an eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro.
  • You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ready to use it to its full potential.
  • You love brainstorming and can't wait to share your creative solutions.
  • You're passionate about graphic design and creating stunning, story-driven multimedia content.
  • You're excited to grow and learn in a dynamic environment focusing on talent and culture.
  • You're skilled in graphic design and experienced with tools like Canva. Creativity is your forte.
  • You naturally think outside the box to enhance talent and culture programs.
  • Whether using a professional camera or a smartphone, you have the skills to create/edit captivating video content.
  • You excel at verbal and written communication, effectively sharing ideas and working with others.


Bonus Points If You Have:


  • Preferably within 1-2 years of graduation
  • You possess superior time management and organizational skills.
  • You have an intrinsic motivation to continually improve and optimize processes.
  • You take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and act on them without needing constant direction.
  • You are open to constructive criticism and use it to improve performance and grow professionally
  • Experience facilitating conversations and workshops, with an ability to create a supportive learning environment.

  • Full-time commitment, Monday to Friday.
  • Location: Westlake Village, CA 91362
  • A reliable commute or the intention to find temporary housing before starting the internship is required.
