What You Bring to the Table:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Digital Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
- Strong interest in culture, talent management, learning and development, organizational development.
- 3.0 GPA or equivalent preferred
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week for the full 12 weeks (no vacation weeks) minus shut down the week of Fourth of July
- You have an eye for detail and can juggle multiple tasks and deadlines like a pro.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ready to use it to its full potential.
- You love brainstorming and can't wait to share your creative solutions.
- You're passionate about graphic design and creating stunning, story-driven multimedia content.
- You're excited to grow and learn in a dynamic environment focusing on talent and culture.
- You're skilled in graphic design and experienced with tools like Canva. Creativity is your forte.
- You naturally think outside the box to enhance talent and culture programs.
- Whether using a professional camera or a smartphone, you have the skills to create/edit captivating video content.
- You excel at verbal and written communication, effectively sharing ideas and working with others.

- Preferably within 1-2 years of graduation
