During the summer, you'll step into a leadership role in our day camp programming, creating meaningful and unforgettable experiences for campers. What Makes You a Great Fit: To thrive in this position, you bring a strong sense of empathy and leadership skills. You have experience working with youth from diverse backgrounds, an understanding of summer camp programming, and familiarity with local state licensing regulations for childcare. You're an effective communicator with children, parents, and colleagues, and you excel in both independent work and highly collaborative team settings. This position offers an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and contribute to programs that make a real difference in the lives of children and families in our community.
