Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities:

  • Key member of a team responsible for synchronizing the supply chain to procure goods and services for the company.
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality parts.
  • Acts as an authorized agent of the company, managing supplier-related activities and committing company resources through contracts, agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Develops requests for quotations and proposals, analyzes supplier responses, negotiates contracts, and manages post-award supplier activities.
  • Manages inventory levels, purchase orders, and supplier performance.
  • Monitors customer inventory demand and material assets to optimize total supply chain planning.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or related field
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Skills:

  • Data-driven and analytically minded, with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Proficiency in Office 365/Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • MRP Systems knowledge, SAP experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
  • High-energy, dynamic personality with the ability to drive change and improvement.
  • Knowledge and experience within the aerospace or manufacturing industries is a plus.
