Are you an experienced machinist seeking your next opportunity? We're hiring a CNC Operator to join our team and contribute to high-quality production with advanced machinery. This first-shift position offers competitive pay and the chance to work on exciting projects in a collaborative environment where precision and quality are paramount.

Schedule: First shift, Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay: $28 - $35/hour, based on experience

Your Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Operating machine tools, mills, and grinders to produce precision parts.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Setting up and operating CNC machines to achieve desired tolerances and finishes.
  • Measuring and inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Maintaining and cleaning equipment for optimal performance.
  • Following safety guidelines and collaborating with team members to complete projects.


What You Need to Succeed:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of CNC machining experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of various machining techniques and tools.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with CNC machining and precision measuring instruments.
  • Familiarity with programming and operating CNC machines, including Mori TL40Y, Mori SL-7, and Okuma Captain L470.
  • Knowledge of Edgecam software.
  • Experience with machines: Mori TL40Y, Mori SL-7, Okuma Captain L470
