We invest more than $250 million annually to ensure our AI-enabled technology and platforms meet or exceed the needs of our customers.

RingSense AI is our proprietary AI solution. It's designed to fit the business needs of our customers, orchestrated to be accurate and precise, and built on the same open platform principles we apply to our core software solutions.

This is where you and your skills come in. We're currently looking for: As the Technical Web Marketing Manager at RingCentral, you will play a critical role in managing the technical functionality, performance, and user experience of our corporate website. Utilizing your in-depth knowledge of web technologies, you'll own key web programs and digital infrastructure projects end-to-end. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with both the Web Marketing team and the Web Engineering team, seamlessly bridging the gap between marketing and technical operations. You'll lead web initiatives, optimize technical infrastructure, meet website accessibility standards, and ensure the website becomes a high-performing and engaging platform that delivers measurable results.

Job Duties:

  • Manage Web Platforms & Infrastructure: Collaborate with the Web Engineering team to ensure the stability, scalability, and security of RingCentral's web platforms. Oversee the day-to-day operations of CMS tools and integrations (e.g., Drift, Chilipiper, Invoca) to enhance lead generation and campaign execution.

  • Implement and Maintain Digital Accessibility: Partner with web designers, Web Engineers, and QA teams to ensure all web properties meet ADA and WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) standards. Drive initiatives to audit, remediate, and proactively improve digital accessibility across platforms.

  • Integrate CMS and Third-Party Tools: Lead the integration of CMS platforms with third-party tools, optimizing functionality for lead capture, engagement, and management while collaborating closely with Web Marketing and Engineering teams for technical execution.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Act as the primary liaison between the Web Marketing team and Web Engineering team for technical implementations. Ensure that marketing objectives and performance goals are achieved through optimized and innovative technical solutions.

  • Execute Testing & Optimization Strategies: Partner with Demand Generation and CRO teams to conduct A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring data-driven iterations to enhance user experience and conversions.

  • Enhance SEO: Work with SEO specialists and developers to implement technical SEO best practices, addressing crawl errors, improving page speed, mobile responsiveness, and other performance indicators.

  • Optimize User Experience: Align with both Web Marketing and Web Engineering teams to continuously improve user journeys and ensure high-performing web experiences, particularly focusing on high-traffic and high-value pages.

  • Analyze and Leverage Data: Work closely with Marketing Data Analysts to evaluate and act on web analytics insights using tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and ContentSquare. Develop recommendations for optimizing site performance and achieving business objectives.

  • Champion Accessibility, Privacy, and Compliance: Maintain compliance with global standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, ADA), proactively identifying issues and working with cross-functional teams to address them. Provide frameworks for accessible design and development.

  • Lead Development Projects: Coordinate and oversee web development requests involving both Web Marketing and Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly provide updates on technical projects and web performance to stakeholders across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities.

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Technical Expertise in Web Marketing: A combination of technical proficiency with web technologies (CMS platforms, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs) and a strong understanding of the objectives and goals of marketing campaigns.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Experience: Proven ability to work effectively across teams, particularly with Web Marketing and Web Engineering, ensuring the seamless execution of technical and marketing goals.

  • Digital Accessibility Expertise: Advanced knowledge of ADA compliance and WCAG standards, with the ability to audit, remediate, and recommend best practices for accessible digital design and functionality.

  • Technical SEO Knowledge: Deep understanding of technical SEO principles, including schema markup, page speed optimization, and mobile-first indexing.

  • Project Management Skills: Experience managing complex, multi-team web projects using tools such as Jira, Monday, or Airtable.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent organizational and critical-thinking abilities to diagnose technical issues and provide creative, actionable solutions.

  • Privacy and Security Knowledge: Familiarity with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and experience ensuring web compliance.

  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing web platforms and maintaining the highest standards across all deliverables.

Desired Qualifications:

  • B2B Web Marketing Experience: 5+ years of experience managing web platforms and digital initiatives in a B2B environment, preferably in the technology or SaaS industries.

  • Hands-On Web Experience: Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., AEM, WordPress), A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, Adobe Target), and a hands-on understanding of front-end development.

  • Collaboration Tools Expertise: Experience with tools like Airtable, Monday, and Jira to manage workflows and streamline cross-functional collaboration.

  • Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, particularly between technical engineering and marketing disciplines.
