About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of strategic marketing projects, optimizing workflows, and ensuring seamless collaboration across a variety of internal teams. The Manager will develop and implement project plans, manage cross-functional teams, and facilitate effective communication among stakeholders. By driving operational excellence and continuous improvement, the Manager will enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing department, contributing to the overall success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Roadmap Management

  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation (brief stage) and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.

  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior stakeholders and our IT and PMO colleagues.

  • Manage and communicate changes in project scope, timelines, and deliverables effectively.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including initial project brief, project roadmaps, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans to address potential obstacles.

Process Improvement

  • Utilize project management software and tools to plan, track, and report on project activities.

  • Ensure that change requests are documented, evaluated, and approved by stakeholders before implementation.

  • Develop and implement operational processes to Improve the quality and efficiency of marketing tools.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize operational workflows and advise on enhancements.

  • Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

  • Engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations and ensure their involvement throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Proactively identify opportunities and solutions to streamline broader program management.

  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and other metrics.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster engagement.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, data science, business, operations or a related field.

  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing complex projects in a global professional services environment.

Soft Skills

  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Effective communicator who collaborates well with diverse teams and partners.

  • Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities.

Hard Skills

  • Proficient in project management and production tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).

  • Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools and agile project methodologies.

  • Strong background in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight of projects.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis), PowerPoint, SharePoint and Power BI.

For positions in New York, NY, the salary range for this job posting is: $124,2000.00 - $198,600.00.

For positions in Washington D.C., the salary range for this job posting is: $114,200.00 - $182,750.00

For positions in Los Angeles, CA, the salary range for this job posting is

$119,200.00 - $190,675.00.

The base salary or hourly wage range for this position will be determined during the interview process and will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. Additionally, salary or hourly wages may be only part of the total compensation package. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, the employee will be in an "at-will position" and the firm reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation or benefit program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, firm or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
