Join our team as an ABA Classroom Behavior Technician (which we call Counselor) at our May Center School for Autism and Developmental Disorders in Randolph and become a key player in shaping the educational journey of students ages 3-21 with developmental challenges. As a Counselor, you'll be an essential part of our mission to support children and adolescents in the classroom in achieving their goals and aspirations. In this role, you'll work directly with students exhibiting severe behaviors such as aggression and self-injury, using physical management and de-escalation techniques to ensure safety during crises. Your compassion and ability to implement intervention strategies will be critical in helping students navigate challenging moments while fostering a positive learning environment. While working together with our dedicated team of behavior analysts and educators, you'll utilize the proven methods of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assist in their skill-building and behavioral growth.
