Job Summary (Primary function)

The Senior Manager/Associate Director, HCP Digital Analytics, is part of the Multichannel Strategy & Analytics team within Incyte's US Business Operations & Analytics function. This person will collaborate with Dermatology & Oncology Product Strategy Teams and US Business Information Services to translate data into actionable insights (beyond scorecards/KPI) to propel Incyte's Multichannel Engagement (MCE) evolution, to differentiate CX and maximize the impact of HCP MCE digital channels and tactics.

The successful candidate will bring a passion for translating data into "so what" and "now what" to drive change, a willingness to get hands-on with data/analytics based on project needs, and an aptitude for identifying gaps and opportunities. Key success factors include a propensity for against the grain thinking, a constant drive to improve upon the status quo, and strong interpersonal & storytelling skills.

Essential Functions of the Job (Key responsibilities)

* Collaborate with team members to create measurement plans with clear and specific objectives aligned to each brand's goals for cross-channel, within channel and campaign effectiveness

* Lead monthly & quarterly reporting of HCP digital performance for each brand to internal stakeholders & agency partners with a focus on prioritized recommended actions

* Lead project/tactic measurement planning by identifying and gaining alignment on meaningful outcome metrics and set specific goals before build & deployment

* Business owner of HCP Digital Performance Dashboards: align cross-functionally to ensure the dashboards are updated, accurate, actionable, and aligned to MCE strategy and channel/campaign/tactic goals

* Cultivate an environment of asking better questions, conduct the ad hoc analysis to answer them & support the pull-through of changes

* Create & deliver presentations to various stakeholders to support brand planning/budgeting, competitive prep, brand launches, and other key brand decisions

* Explore new ways to differentiate analytics via new data sources/visualizations/ways to take action

Qualifications (Minimal acceptable level of education, work experience, and competency)

* Bachelor's degree is required

* 6+ years of experience in biotech/pharma or consulting within biotech/pharma

* 3+ years of experience with presenting analytics/insights for HCP digital marketing (web, media, search, email, social, etc.)

* Strong communication, presentation, reasoning, and storytelling skills

* Ability to translate data into actions and identify gaps/opportunities others may overlook

* Experience with digital tools/platforms such as Google Analytics/Tag Manager/Ads and data for email, search, display, social

* Familiarity with pharma HCP promotional ecosystem, including channel mix, segmentation strategies, operating norms, and guardrails/constraints

* Healthy skepticism/ability to ask probing questions, appropriately challenge norms and create new solutions
