JOB SUMMARY Assist the laboratory operations and ensure customer success in a key role in the sample flow process within the Customer Success Department. Sample Receiving/Login Associates engage in a variety of client centered tasks such as receiving and logging in client samples, greeting clients, addressing and routing client questions and concerns, assisting in the creation of reports and addressing other clerical duties.
