MASTER SCHEDULER (STARLINK) The Master Scheduler will interface with launch vehicle stakeholders and program leadership to understand our objectives while working with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain to develop Targets that satisfy those objectives. They will have had relevant experience in a large manufacturing or logistics facility, with proven experience of program management in a challenging manufacturing operation. Previous experience of dealing with design engineering and R&D operations would be an advantage. The Master Scheduler will ensure all planning targets are set within our internal system, track progress against the schedule (actuals and forecasts), and liaise with relevant stakeholders to identify any potential Bill of Material (BOM) configuration issues and/or production delays to formulate and take any necessary mitigating actions. To be successful in this role, the Master Scheduler will be able to interpret signals from across the company, understand critical path drivers, formulate a recommendation, and effectively communicate this to leadership. The role will require critical thinking and decision making, consistency and professionalism, and the can-do drive required to succeed in a high-pressure environment. RESPONSIBILITIES:

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS: Pay range: Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX.
