Summary: The Program Manager, in coordination with the COR, shall make use of the resources and tools available to continue US Army Medical Materiel Agency (USAMMA) contracted functions to the maximum extent possible under emergency circumstances.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Shall plan and conduct regular, routine meetings with a frequency of not less than monthly with the Government to review progress and status of support activities under this contract when the contractor has personnel supporting operations.
- Shall provide project briefings addressing cost/price, schedule, performance, and status of each key element of this contract, noting any problems or risks and present a primary and alternative recommended courses of action (COA) to USAMMA.
- Ensure that the task is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with the requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices.
- Shall coordinate as necessary with the COR and Team Leads to ensure that the tasks are managed consistently with the overall contract requirements.
- Provide integration of information management business practices and rules into the operational architecture; data dictionaries, and data standards to achieve the objective of cost reductions, performance gains and optimization of resources.
- Shall ensure that the goals, objectives, and functionality of processing and packaging materiel at USAMMA sites meet the requirements set forth in the contract.
- Perform requirements management for the processing and packaging of medical materiel at multiple USAMMA sites, utilizing requirements management methods focused on identifying, analyzing, interpreting, and documenting the functional requirements that are associated with materiel handling core business functions.
- Assist with the USAMMA mission by providing automated information system operators for such systems as; Theater Enterprise-Wide Logistics System (TEWLS), and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army). Contractor shall ensure that all hired personnel are trained on or can attend a training for all the above-named systems to be capable of processing materiel at USAMMA sites to fulfil the mission needs.
Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Shall be able to customize toolbars, import and insert graphs, embed Excel data, and elaborate reports, customize templates in the PowerPoint environment, and manipulate data from various systems to make a presentation interactive by using hyperlinks and action buttons, understands the concepts of databases and is able to work with charts and to use the list management capabilities of Excel.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in interpersonal exchanges.
- Highly organized with great attention to detail.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- PMP or CAPM certification is a plus
