Description
Position Summary The purpose of this position is to complete preventative and periodic maintenance tasks on the production equipment in the facility as assigned by the Facility Engineer and/or Production Manager. Essential Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Results
Competency Requirements Qualified candidate must possess manufacturing knowledge. Employee must be competent in the functioning of the location's equipment and understand the inherent manufacturing dangers present in safe completion of the maintenance activities. Demonstrated competence in plant EH&S procedures for Lockout/Tagout, Mobile Equipment, Fall Protection, and Confined Space are critical. Must insure compliance with contractor pre-work procedures when contractors working on assigned tasks. Job is performed on the manufacturing floor among rotating equipment, potentially hazardous chemicals and moderate noise. Experience
1 - 3 years: Years of machining experience (preferred)
