The Manager, PMWB(Project Managers Without Borders) is a senior leader accountable for efficient management and daily oversight of PMWB including overseeing two workstreams of engagement through PMWB Communities within PMI Chapters, and Global Partnerships. You will work directly with the PMWB Board of Directors to ensure strategic alignment with PMI and develop ways to scale at the global level within the PM Community
Key Duties include but aren't limited to the following:
* Develop and manage program schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure efficiency and ability to scale globally.
* Work closely with the board of directors to provide updates on program progress, financial status, and organizational developments.
* Lead and supervise staff and volunteers, ensuring clear communication of roles, expectations, and performance standards.

What you will bring:

* Master's degree in education, management, or related field preferred
* Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in a management level position, with significant experience related to grants administration and/or quality assurance of training and educational programs
* PMP highly preferred
* Experience working in program or portfolio management
* Experience working with nonprofit organizations and NGOs
* Demonstrated experience and success in developing and driving programs in a global organization
* Demonstrated success in development, organization, and execution of large and small events in support of department and organization objectives
* Experience leading an organization through significant structural and cultural change/shifts, including demonstrated effectiveness of process outcomes and ability to lead teams
* Demonstrated success in cultivating and sustaining relationships with nonprofit Board of Directors, senior management, departmental teams, and leaders from diverse geographic and cultural environments/locations, including philanthropic/501c3 organizations
* Experience in managing projects and in using project management tools and techniques. Project management certification a plus.
* Experience in curriculum development for youth required.
* Experience of working and leading in an agile, dynamic, global, and customer-centric environment
* Experience in Association Management preferred. CAE certification a plus.
* Possess strong understanding of PMIEF and PMWB governance documents including but not limited to Articles of Affiliation, Bylaws, Rules of the Board and policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local regulatory requirements for the governance of 501c3 charitable organizations, including the maintenance of separate donor databases, audit requests and requirements and donor rights.
