Job Overview:

We are a global leader in mission-critical flow solutions and industrial technologies. Our Gardner Denver Nash brand is celebrated for its excellence in manufacturing
High Pressure Liquid Ring Compressors, Vacuum Pumps, and Centrifugal Blowers. This role, located at our St. Peters Service Center, entails reviewing teardown inspection analyses for both the LR and CF product lines. Additionally, you will prepare customer quotes based on the insights derived from these teardown reports.

Responsibilities:


  • Utilize a systematic approach to align both Nash and their customers on the proceedings of a pump/compressor and/or blower/exhauster paid repair based on findings during the teardown process. Formulate quotes by preparing required documents to be sent to the customer. Coordinate with multiple team members to reconcile damaged customer supplied parts, internal and external quality issues that arise in the Service Centers.


  • Review critical dimensions to ensure all critical measurements have been completed.


  • Complete a detailed Inspection Analysis describing and depicting the condition of the major components of the pump/compressor after teardown.


  • Complete a repair scope, to include accurate pricing, of the required Nash Replacement parts, Nash Corrections to reclaim components, required third party vendor service and accurate lead times from those third party vendors.


  • Using SAP, cross reference Nash availability of parts. Acquire accurate lead times for those Nash parts not in stock by communicating with a team of buyers.


  • Complete a repair quote depicting the proceedings that are to be followed during the repair of the customer's pump/compressors.


  • Receive and inspect customer-supplied parts for defects and communicate any damaged goods back to the CSR team so that they can communicate with the customer.


  • Perform quality checks on critical components and coordinate with the quality team to complete the actions needed in order to reconcile any quality issues that arise for the service centers. (QNs)


  • Complete Customer Contact Forms (CCFs) prior to a pump/compressors arrival. These consist of Budget
    Repair Quotes and Rapid Repair Quotes that will be forwarded to the customer.




Requirements:


  • High School Degree or GED


  • MS Office and Outlook


  • MS Outlook


  • SAP


  • Salesforce


  • Blueprint reading


  • Fine instrument knowledge (Calipers, Micrometers, ect.)


  • LR/CF Product Knowledge




Core Competencies:


  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints


  • Proficient in ERP systems, with hands-on experience preferably in SAP


  • Skilled in precision measurement tools, including calipers, micrometers, and other fine instruments


  • Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Suite, with solid experience in PowerPoint for creating impactful presentations




Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements


  • This position based onsite with minimal anticipated travel.
