Aftermarket Fulfillment Specialist

Invoicing Scope:

* Track & report DbW parts shipments and/or consumption using SAP reports.
* Separate collisions, warranty, and maintenance parts.
* Support documentation efforts for collisions and warranty claims as needed.
* Track and report shipping cost for all DbW parts using GLO reports/dashboard.
* Determine the monthly cost to be charged to customers at the end of the month = Actuals + Shipping Cost.
* Provide documentation to accounting for monthly invoicing.
* Assist accounting with cash application as needed and balance reconciliation.
* Work with BSE to identify SAP reports to use and automation opportunities.
* Complete transactions in the ERP system as needed.

Customer Service Scope:

* Track and report material backorder status for pending hardware work orders and other demand to DbW partner
* Collaborate with Fulfillment MPM to ensure on-time delivery of supply to DbW partners.
* Initiate inventory requests for transfer and track status through delivery, escalating any delays or issues.
* Track and escalate parts shipments to avoid logistics delays.
* Work with shipping partners or inventory analysts to resolve inventory issues.
* Manage inbound deliveries for DbW parts shipments.
* Escalate newly reported or urgent backlog to Fulfillment MPM.
* Perform data hygiene clean-up related to DbW partner shipments in ERP system.
* Monitor and escalate backorder STO line items for transfer to DbW partners.

Estimated Min Rate: $40.00
Estimated Max Rate: $45.00
