***This position is contingent upon contract award and will be located onsite in either the southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.*** Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assists with oversight of the strategic vision for the programs.
  • Must exhibit organizational leadership and serve as a resource
  • Assists with oversight, accountability and administrative responsibility for all designated international programs throughout the contract life cycle.
  • Maintains involvement, communication, and productive relationships in material client issues that could impact Acuity International's status with the client.
  • Assists with the implementation and compliance of policies,guidelines and standard operating procedures for program activities, to ensure
  • Accountable for audit outcomes and any necessary plans for
    improvement resulting from audits.
  • Assists with budgetary responsibility for client profit and loss statement
  • Collaborates with corporate resources (HR, IT, Quality, Contracts, Logistics, Purchasing, Compliance, Finance and Accounting) regarding company processes, policies, and procedures; and their responses to client requests.
  • Coordinates, and monitors the service delivery of subcontracted vendors and suppliers to Corporate to ensure that operational objectives are achieved with those subcontractors.
  • Coordinates corporate support functions so that they are appropriately introduced and assists the Program Managers as to which support functions are to be used.
  • Develops relationships with employers and their internal customers including human resources, security, environmental health and safety, healthcare vendors, consultants and other parties that effect business development efforts.
  • May lead weekly team meetings to ensure open, two-way communication at all times through Government organizational departments.
  • Helps ensure regulatory compliance is maintained to include CEUs and other mandatory training staff.
  • Monitors the financial performance, customer service, and quality outcomes of assigned contracts, adhering to contractual requirements and ensuring all service deliverables are met.
  • Reviews the billing process to ensure thorough, accurate, and timely processing.

  • Assists with business development opportunities
  • Reviews reports on operations with Program Managers on a regular basis to ensure contract performance and advises on all aspects of program operations with managers.
  • Develops and mentors team members from a careering perspective; ensuring annual appraisals are completed in a timely manner; goals and work plans are collaboratively (where applicable) and consistently implemented and executed; performance issues are addressed fairly and appropriately; consulting with management/corporate support as appropriate.
  • May lead or participate in interdepartmental project groups or task forces to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specific level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, new task efforts, contract awards, and new policy requirements.
  • Supports marketing/sales and Business Development objectives efforts as requested.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business or healthcare administration.
  • 3-6 years' progressive administrative/management experience.
  • Demonstrated skills in staff management, project management and contract negotiation.
  • Management experience should include financials, programs, data analysis,
  • healthcare delivery, and personnel management.
  • Must have experience in successfully working with, and leading, integrated teams, and using current business management principles.
  • Must have experience and demonstrated ability in staff development and project management.
  • Proficiency with computer and common office equipment, as well
  • as with MS Office products required.

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
  • Must be confirmed by a medical examination to be "medically and dentally fit" in accordance Acuity International Medical Readiness Guidelines and Policies and/or as dictated by the Client.
