Intern - Customer Success Operations Analyst

Location: Remote, US
Employment Type: Internship
Duration: 10 weeks (starting Monday June 9, 2025 to August 15, 2025)

Our Customer Success team play an Integral role in our mission to ensure every customer achieves their goals and becomes a referenceable success, guiding our customers through their entire journey-from initial onboarding to sustained engagement, retention, and growth.

As a Customer Success Operations Analyst, you'll work within our Customer Success team, helping to support and enhance the customer journey with OneStream, this includes understanding the data-driven elements of the customer lifecycle, develop communication and relationship-building skills. .

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Gain insights into the customer journey, learning to manage and optimize customer success metrics and milestones.
* Analyze various customer data inputs to identify trends, potential risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Assist with tracking and reporting key customer experience metrics
* Shadow CSMs to understand best practices in customer management.
* Work on operational tasks within the Customer Success function, supporting data and process management.
* Author or contribute to customer success resources.
* Assist with strategic projects aimed at enhancing the customer experience and operational efficiency.
* Knowledge of additional languages is a bonus, enabling better support for global customers.

Required Education and Experience
* Education: Actively enrolled in an accredited university with at least 60 credits completed (minimum GPA of 3.0) or recently graduated (within the last 6-9 months). Master's degree students are also welcome.

* Field of Study: Finance, Data Science, or a related field.

Preferred Education and Experience
* Experience within Project Management, CAPM and/or PMP certification would be beneficial.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong process and project management orientation, with the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills.
* attention to detail.
* A team-oriented mindset.
* Eagerness to learn.
* An understanding of data and processes.
