Senior Business Process Improvement Analyst - Information Technology

Based in beautiful and affordable Racine, Wisconsin, at our Headquarters on the shore of Lake Michigan, you'll have incredible access to a variety of outdoor activities whether skiing and snowmobiling in winter, or kayaking, fishing, sailing, hiking or more in summer. Close to both Milwaukee and Chicago, the area boasts a wide variety of amenities including a vibrant arts and culture scene and a host of unique, creative dining options.

Note: This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office/2 remote)

What you will do:



  • Drives the collaboration with specific business users to understand current business processes and requirements to document as appropriate.
  • Performs analysis of existing processes requirements and business changes to determine potential improvements to processes or system solutions.
  • Provides documentation of user requirements and reference guides for appropriate processes in enterprise applications including JD Edwards Enterprise One.
  • Performs setup and testing of all enterprise applications based on business and system support requirements.
  • Assists, and often leads, the implementation of specific process enhancements.
  • Works to promote and manage change to utilize common processes and practices.
  • Leads, in collaboration with business leads, the training of business users on new system functionality.
  • Assists in data standardization and integration for projects and ongoing enterprise application support.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.



What you need to succeed:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, information technology or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in implementing and supporting order management and distribution systems and functions is required.
  • Additional experience in supporting business solutions in enterprise planning, business analysis, supply chain management, and manufacturing is highly desired.
  • Experience successfully managing or leading multiple projects including coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Skills leading business process improvement initiatives while deploying enterprise systems and solutions.
  • Experience with a variety of on-premises and hosted enterprise level applications. JD Edwards Enterprise One required.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels in the organization and external vendors, strong customer service orientation, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to drive for results.
  • Excellent workload management skills including the ability to successfully balance multiple priorities associated with complex multi-phase/multi-dimensional enterprise-wide projects.
  • Proficient in common productivity tools including Microsoft Office.
