RCA Part-Time 2nd Shift $18 Hour

Essential Job Functions/Duties

• Extends excellent service to all residents
• Assures each resident's right to privacy and confidentiality, at all times
• Establishes appropriate relationships with residents which ensures them a safe environment that protects their rights
• Models behaviors that foster the "Resident First" philosophy
• Communicates verbally and in writing all pertinent information to assist in resident care
• Communicates pertinent information with members of the resident care team to ensure continuity; report change in condition; or other resident concerns or issues
• Provides assistance for residents who have a need for care services including and not limited to all activities of daily living according to established policies and procedures, individualized care plans and physician orders
• Medication administration
• Maintains a safe environment for the resident according to VSF policy and procedures-reports potential or actual hazardous conditions including but not limited to, fire, electrical hazards, internal/external disaster, infection control--takes action to reduce a risk situation
• Quality assurance tasks such as, but not limited to, maintaining accurate documentation, specimen collection, key count maintenance and supply, and services charge updates.
• Performs other duties as assigned
