This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is based out of the Bloomington, IL location. The contributions you will make: This position is integral to the brand and creative services team, managing project tasks and assignments from concept to completion, ensuring seamless execution and successful outcomes. Collaborates with senior team members and various departments to create assets that align with the Compeer brand's identity and marketing objectives, while effectively conveying the business's key messages. Assists in producing a diverse range of creative assets, including print, digital, and video, contributing to visually compelling materials that enhance marketing initiatives. A typical day: Creating, Designing and Developing.
- Supports the brand and creative services team in the development and execution of creative projects, ensuring a seamless transition from concept to completion.
- Collaborates closely with senior team members to create assets that reflect the Compeer brand's identity, meet brand standards and align with marketing objectives.
- Engages with marketing and product teams to create design solutions that convey the business's key messages effectively. Ensures design outputs align with business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Works collaboratively with marketing and product teams to develop design solutions that effectively communicate the business' message.
- Assists in the creation of a variety of creative assets across different media formats, including print, digital, and video. Produces visually compelling materials that support marketing initiatives and helps to enhance the brand's creative output. Supports the creation of print, digital and video assets to support marketing messages.
- Utilizes data and analytics to evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets and identify opportunities for improvement. Ensures assets remain relevant and impactful and continuously enhance the brand's creative strategies.
- Collaborates with the marketing operations team to create multi-channel assets that support and enhance campaign strategies. Coordinates the development of materials that are consistent across various platforms and channels, ensuring campaigns are cohesive, effective, and aligned with marketing goals. Reviews graphic materials to ensure they meet quality and brand consistency standards before they are published or printed.
- Develops and deploys creative assets across social media platforms for three distinct brands. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and strategic content delivery that enhances brand presence and engagement.
Project Coordination.
- Works closely with the brand and creative team to coordinator project tasks and assignments.
- Collaborates with media buyer to organize and traffic creative assets to media partners.
- Organizes assets and creative projects within project management software to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
Innovative Projects.
- Keeps a pulse of a constantly evolving industry trends and apply them to your work.
- Stays ahead of industry trends by experimenting with new ideas.
- Encourages a mindset of experimentation within the marketing team, promoting a proactive approach to trying new ideas and learning from both successes and setbacks to drive ongoing improvement
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, graphic design, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- 2 or more years marketing experience with experience in financial services or agriculture preferred.
- Proven experience in developing creative assets for both B2B and B2C environments.
- Proven experience in a similar role leveraging Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premier and Canva.
- Strong organization and coordination skills for managing project elements and ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly and maintain effective collaboration with team members.
- Understanding of brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Skills in graphic design and familiarity with various media formats.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and apply insights to creative work.
- Knowledge of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaign development.
- Attention to detail for reviewing materials and ensuring brand consistency.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premier and Canva.
- Presentation skills for one-on-one or group presentations.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners.
- Ability to work independently; self-starter; highly creative.
- Valid driver's license.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $56,400 - $80,200 USD
