This position offers a hybrid work option 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position supports the Sales Enablement team by helping provide essential tools, resources, and training. Works with team members and other partners to assist in developing strategies that improve sales performance and client engagement. Helps coordinate efforts across different teams, contributes to optimizing sales processes, and ensures the sales team has what they need to achieve business goals. A typical day: Project Management and Execution
- Joins team meetings to understand the goals and objectives of sales enablement projects. Assists in gathering information to identify challenges or opportunities and helps define the project's target audience.
- Helps with creating a simple project plan by listing tasks and timelines. Learns to use basic project management tools to support project organization and tracking.
- Assists in setting up project schedules by organizing tasks into smaller steps. Supports team efforts to keep projects on track and make necessary adjustments.
- Works with team members to create basic sales content, such as simple pitch decks and materials, by providing ideas and feedback.
- Participates in updating existing content to match current guidelines. Checks content to ensure it is up-to-date and useful.
- Assists in updating pitch decks by collecting input from team members and making simple changes for different sales situations.
- Helps track simple performance metrics for sales programs by collecting basic data to see how well they are working.
- Aids in creating reports by gathering data and assisting with straightforward analysis. Prepares basic presentations for team meetings with initial ideas based on collected feedback.
Storefront Management
- Oversees ordering, invoicing, and delivery of premiums and marketing materials, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders and utilizes Smartsheet and CoSchedule for effective project tracking.
- Collaborates with product marketers and creative teams to refresh and update Marketing Storefront content, ensuring it's user-friendly and seasonally relevant.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to premiums and storefronts. Address requests efficiently by coordinating with relevant departments, tracking issues, and providing timely solutions to ensure smooth user experience.
Sales Training and Development
- Partners with more senior team members to gather information through assessments, surveys, and feedback to identify training needs, ensuring they align with company goals and sales strategies.
- Supports the delivery of ongoing training sessions on Salesforce and other essential tools, helping the sales team stay updated on best practices.
- Assists in the implementation of processes to improve sales activities and increase efficiency.
- Assists in setting up and training team members on Salesforce dashboards and reports, ensuring they have access to necessary tools like pipeline reporting and prospect lists.
- Collaborates with product management to support product roll-outs, helps distribute FAQs, and assists in creating sales training materials aligned with new product launches.
- Participates in developing how-to guides and training materials for sales tools to facilitate easy understanding and usage.
The skills and experience we prefer you have:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration. finance, marketing or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.
- 0-2 years of experience in project management, sales enablement creation and/or sales training, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of sales enablement concepts and a willingness to learn how to implement effective tactics.
- Familiarity with basic project management tools and methodologies, with experience using at least one tool or method.
- Introductory knowledge of business and financial services, with an eagerness to learn how they connect to sales enablement initiatives.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leaders.
- Ability to organize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and priorities.
- Developing interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Growing problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills, with support from more experienced team members.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Developing analytical skills with an emphasis on attention to detail in tasks and projects.
- Ability to work both independently on tasks and collaboratively with teams, with guidance to achieve business goals.
- Valid driver's license.

The actual title and base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is eligible for variable compensation and other benefits.
Base Pay $56,400 - $80,200 USD
