Role: OFSAA Analyst Tampa FL Job Summary: The OFSAA Data Management and Financial Reporting Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization's financial and data management processes using Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA). This role involves managing data, developing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements to enhance the organization's financial stability and reporting accuracy. Job Responsibilities: OFSAA Data Management: * Manage and maintain data within the OFSAA system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. * Develop and implement data management processes and best practices. * Extract and load data from source systems into the OFSAA platform. * Collaborate with IT and data teams to integrate data from various sources into OFSAA. Financial Reporting: * Develop, maintain, and distribute financial reports using OFSAA tools. * Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data in reports. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. Data Analysis: * Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes. * Identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights. * Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy. System Management: * Manage and optimize OFSAA processes and configurations. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for OFSAA users. Compliance and Audit: * Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards. * Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external and internal audits. * Maintain documentation for reconciliation processes and controls. Stakeholder Collaboration: * Work closely with IT, finance, and accounting teams to ensure seamless integration of OFSAA solutions. * Provide training and support to end-users on OFSAA functionalities.
