Job Description General Responsibilities: Performs administrative and general office duties of a responsible and confidential nature. Produces a variety of correspondence, and reports using the appropriate software for word processing, graphics and spreadsheets. Screens telephone calls, voicemails and visitors. Schedules meetings and travel and coordinates related arrangements. Routes or answers routine inquiries. Inventories and orders office, field and lab supplies. Assists with initial steps of proposal and project creation. Maintains employee contact lists. May perform collections efforts. Schedules and coordinates all office maintenance. Gathers and summarizes data. Performs tasks as requested by Project Managers. May serve as a liaison between office and corporate functions.
