Position Title: F&B Manager- Heritage Hunt Club - Gainesville, VA

Pay Grade: 13

Reports To: Director of Dining

Salary: $70,000-$75,000/yr

Job Summary

Join our team as a F&B Manager with CulinArt Group at Heritage Hunt Golf and Country Club, an active adult community for residents 55 years and older located in Gainesville, VA.

In this role, our leadership will be vital in delivering an outstanding dining experience. This position offers the outstanding opportunity to craft the dining culture at our renowned location, ensuring every guest enjoys flawless service in a world-class environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure guest happiness through effective and efficient service and maintaining a clean, pleasant environment.
  • Process and review payroll strictly adhering to company policies.
  • Manage financials, including labor cost and inventory, to compete within industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and complete paperwork related to restaurant operations and personnel.
  • Promote teamwork and inclusivity among employees, encouraging a collaborative work environment.
  • Manage financial performance to budgets, focusing on payroll, cash and receipts, efficiency, food costs, security of funds, and operating expenses.
  • Build crew schedules and determine staffing needs according to labor models and customer volume.
  • Perform all ordering, accounting, and maintaining product and supply inventories.
  • Take initiative to act on violations of safety, sanitation, and security policies immediately and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 3 years of proven restaurant management experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or country club establishment.
  • Demonstrated experience with food cost, inventory, and labor cost management.
  • Experience with payroll processing.
  • Must be self-motivated and high reaching.
  • Outstanding customer service skills are a must.
