Posted Date: Jan 30 2025 Job Purpose Pipeline Project Management is seeking a Senior Director, Project Management Advisor to empower Pipeline Project Managers (PPMs) who deliver on GSK's Ambition for Patients by helping teams assess options, choose the best course, and execute with rigor. In this position, you will bring a passion for delivering profound business impact and developing others. Building on significant experience, leadership, and accomplishments in Pharma R&D project management, you will be part of PPM Capability's mission to develop and sustain best-in-industry project management practices, coach PPMs to strengthen key capabilities, deliver results, and grow in their careers. The PM Advisor will partner with PPMs and Development Leaders to ensure successful outcomes and team commitment by facilitating high-impact project workshops (including strategy formulation, option planning and analysis, critical path acceleration, and team work norms) while mentoring the PPM on facilitation skills and techniques. This role is responsible for owning other key aspects of capability development to ensure consistent, effective development and outcomes for PPMs. This role brings a consultative mindset to identify needs and opportunities for continuous improvement and collaborate in the design, communication, and adoption of integrated solutions for Pipeline Project Management and its stakeholders.
