Responsibilities include: Performing set-up, operation, and maintenance of mail inserter equipment Coordinating with Inventory Control for material availability Conducting preventative maintenance and troubleshooting Training operators on basic machine operations Job Requirements: High School Diploma Ability to read/write basic English Mechanical Aptitude Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ready to embark on your career adventure with IWCO? At IWCO, base pay is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, along with factors such as role scope and location. Preferable (but not mandatory) to have experience with any or all of the following: CMC Inserters Ehret Cutters MBO Folders Spedo Cutters Bowe Cutters Kirk-Rudy Card Attachers Ink Jets Solix Sorters Swing Arm Inserters and/or CMS equipment preferred (preferred) 2 years: electronic and mechanical troubleshooting experience on automated manufacturing equipment (preferred) Skills Ability to read and write basic English (preferred) Mechanical aptitude (preferred) Basic computer skills (preferred) Detail oriented (preferred) Lean Manufacturing (preferred) Safety team / Safety training (preferred) Lift 50 pounds, stand, bend, stoop 12 hours (preferred)
