Summary of the Job:

The Brand & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic marketing plan to enhance and elevate the Slice brand presence within the HIL market. This individual will oversee brand awareness initiatives, execute communications strategies aimed at positioning the product as an industry leader, ensure consistency in brand presentation through all internal and external marketing efforts. This role will manage the development, implementation, and execution of marketing strategies to extend our reach and solidify our presence in the industry, including fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and media outlets.

About This Role:

Strategic Brand Development:

  • Work with internal PR team and FNBO PR vendor to develop and execute comprehensive marketing and PR strategies to strengthen brand presence within targeted industries.
  • Lead media outreach efforts and execute associated efforts including drafting and distributing press releases, social spots, etc, in coordination with internal PR team and FNBO PR vendor.
  • Handle public communications and manage reputation risks to protect the brand's image, in coordination with internal PR team and FNBO PR vendor.
  • Create and manage brand guidelines for internal teams and external partners to maintain brand integrity.
  • Analyze market trends, partner needs, and competitive positioning to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Develop insights and recommendations to influence product development and marketing strategies.

Brand Awareness & Partnership Marketing:

  • Create and execute marketing campaigns designed to engage our target B2B audiences.
  • Maintain consistent messaging across all external communications to ensure alignment with brand values and business objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities to enhance brand positioning.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper use of the company's branded products in co-marketing initiatives.
  • Provide support and resources to partners to maximize brand visibility and effectiveness in their marketing efforts to their customers.

Content Creation & Management:

  • Design marketing campaigns to promote products and expand partner acquisition within key verticals.
  • Collaborate with business development and partner success teams to create and distribute compelling content our media channels as well as through our partners (including referral partnerships).
  • Ensure the brand story is consistent and compelling, reinforcing its unique selling propositions in all communications.
  • Monitor industry news and trends to proactively pitch story ideas that position the company as a thought leader.
  • Develop and manage multi-channel marketing plans, including digital, print, social media, events, and PR in coordination with internal PR team and FNBO PR vendor.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns and other marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with Partner Success team on partner education materials to ensure brand alignment.
  • Oversee development of Sales Team material for marketing within the field.
  • Manage ongoing monitoring of all marketing to ensure consistency with approved content meeting compliance requirements.

Industry Events:

  • Target and propose appropriate industry events where we should have presence in line with our brand strategy.
  • Oversee and plan specifics of event logistics, to include participants, swag, marketing material, speakers, travel, set up of booth, booth giveaways, intake of prospects, and other elements as deemed necessary.
  • Attend industry events as appropriate.

Metrics & Reporting:

  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing and brand awareness campaigns.
  • Regularly report on media coverage, campaign outcomes, and brand perception metrics to leadership.
  • Continuously analyze brand sentiment and public perception through market research and feedback channels.
  • Lead initiatives to measure and report on campaign effectiveness, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Budget Oversight:

  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and delivering a strong ROI.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, public relations, media relations, or brand communications, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record in managing and executing successful marketing/PR campaigns that lead to measurable results.
  • Experience working with executives and senior leaders, advising on brand management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Desired:

Experience working in consumer lending, financial services, or related industries is a strong advantage.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $78,491.00-$129,509.00

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
