The Senior Marine Construction Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business development efforts and managing complex marine construction projects. This position requires advanced technical expertise, significant experience, and a strong focus on client engagement and project delivery. The ideal candidate is adept at identifying and developing new opportunities, overseeing high-risk or critical projects, and building lasting client relationships. Additional responsibilities include supporting estimating, bidding, and proposal efforts while mentoring junior staff to enhance team capabilities' Senior Dive Project Manager position provides extensive knowledge, significant experience, and advanced technical capabilities to project management responsibilities . Capable and responsible for the oversight, management, and performance of multiple projects, projects of critical importance or with high-risk factors, complex projects, new or unfamiliar services, and new or challenging client relationships. The duties of this position require the employee to regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands, reach with hands and arms, and talk and hear. This position may require the employee to lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required for this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. While in the field, the employee may be required to walk in rugged conditions, work in adverse weather conditions, and stand up to eight hours or more at a time. The annual salary range for positions in Idahois $112,000 to $153,000based on education and relevant experience. |
