About the role: We are part of the Sovereign Cloud Security team and are looking for a Technical Program Manager to help scale critical security programs and services. You will enhance cloud security by developing data, telemetry, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights and drive teams to achieve results. Your role will involve continuously raising the bar on Microsoft's security and meeting the needs of our most demanding customers with specialized security requirements. ResponsibilitiesDefine and articulate the objectives and success criteria for large, cross-organizational programs.Collaborate with and influence partner teams and stakeholders to execute programs, achieving defined goals and delivering results.Proactively identify gaps and opportunities for excellence and optimization in current operations.Participate in an on-call team to manage customer engagements, inquiries, and escalations, working with the broader security organization to resolve issues.Embody our Culture & Values | |
