The Construction Manager assists in the construction of public and private Infrastructure projects for Aviation. This position will work alongside other Construction Managers, Design Engineers, Project Managers, Practice Leader, and Market directors for civil engineering projects for the Aviation Market.

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Construction Management Degree highly desirable
- 3 - 10+ years of construction experience
- Experience with paving/asphalt, earthwork, stormwater, electrical, and runway/taxi way edge lighting is highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Excel.
- Ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
- Good knowledge of construction management, inspections, methods and materials
- Good knowledge of contract administration and pay estimates
- Good knowledge of soil analysis, materials, compaction, and density tests
- Thorough knowledge of survey, drafting and engineering
- Familiarity with construction observation reporting and procedures.
- Good daily report writing and accurate quantity tracking ability.
- Good communication skills with clients and staff.
- Valid driver's license.
- 10 Hour OSHA Construction Certificate or ability to obtain.
- Ability to visit and safely traverse construction and project sites as well as comply with applicable safety codes and requirements.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D a plus.
Travel:
- Extensive overnight travel required
Resulting Physical Qualifications:
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to operate and manipulate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to occasionally reach, bend, climb and/or balance.
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
