Position Reports To: General Manager
Basic Functions: Responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support the daily operations of the office. You will assist the Lead Accountant, Management team, and other employees, helping to ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position will act as a backup to the office staff. Essential Functions: Perform administrative duties such as answering phones, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and responding to email inquiries. Maintain and update files and records, including confidential information. Prepare and edit documents and reports. Coordinate and assist with the organization of events, meetings, and conferences. Oversee the operation of the Office Equipment. i.e. copiers, printers, etc... Act as the backup to Payroll Administration. Act as the backup to Accounts Payable Assist the Lead Accountant with the preparation of budgets and financial reports as required. Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and other stakeholders. Participate in various special projects and assignments, as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands. Professional and courteous demeanor.
