About the Opportunity: Vice President of Philanthropy:Are you ready to lead a transformational philanthropic journey that will directly impact the lives of seniors and people with disabilities? As the Vice President of Philanthropy, you'll serve as the architect of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, driving the vision, resources, and relationships needed to propel IOA into its next chapter of growth and impact. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, you will hold a key role on the Executive Team, collaborating closely with program leaders, the Board of Directors, and philanthropic partners to scale our fundraising efforts to new heights. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to work at the intersection of innovation, purpose, and philanthropy while shaping the future of aging services. You'll lead a talented philanthropy team-including the Senior Director of Philanthropy, Grants Manager, and Development Operations Manager-and oversee diverse fundraising efforts, from major gifts and corporate partnerships to planned giving and special events. Together, we will grow our annual philanthropic revenue to $6 million within two years, ensuring that IOA can expand its reach and deepen its impact. Compensation Range: $180,000 - 223,000/annual
