Description
The Member Portal/Digital API Development team is focused on building solutions to support Medica's Provide Service business domains around our Digital Experience. As a Lead Engineer you will be responsible for leading the work to develop and support solutions to advance these business domains utilizing mobile, web, cloud, and API technologies. You will leverage your development knowledge and experience to guide internal and external developers to solve complex business problems. The Lead Engineer may work independently or with a group of developers and with other subject matter experts to help design and build solutions for web-based and mobile-based portal applications. This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Twin Cities, MN or Madison, WI - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership. The full salary range for this position is $98,400 - $168,600. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
