LCOR is seeking a full-time Acquisitions Analyst to join its Acquisitions team in New York, NY.

Essential Job Functions:



  1. Create detailed underwriting models and various other financial analysis materials for potential acquisitions.
  2. Create investor pitch materials related to investment offerings (strategic initiatives, individual transactions, etc.)
  3. Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders, investment committees, and current & prospective investors.
  4. Perform comprehensive market research to identify trends, comparable property values, and key drivers influencing real estate investments.
  5. Evaluate and support the due diligence process by reviewing legal documents, property inspections, title reports, and other critical information.
  6. Maintain and track the acquisition pipeline, including relevant metrics related to all evaluated transactions.
  7. Build and foster relationships with brokers, sellers, lenders, investors, and other industry participants.
  8. Stay informed of real estate market conditions, economic trends, and local property dynamics that could influence acquisition strategies.


Qualifications/Experience:



  1. Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  2. 0-2 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, brokerage, finance, or investment banking (relevant internship experience preferred).
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), financial modeling, and real estate valuation concepts and techniques.
  4. Familiarity with real estate databases and software (e.g. CoStar, ARGUS, or other market research tools) is a plus.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  6. Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  7. A passion for real estate markets and investment strategies.
