The ELP is designed as an introduction to Boston Scientific's business units, job functions, company culture, and values through a robust offering of networking opportunities, team building activities, and leadership development trainings over the course of a three-day leadership summit. The aim of the ELP is to develop interest in a career at Boston Scientific to be furthered through the candidacy of the Summer Internship Program and the Finance Leadership Development Program ('FLDP').
