Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is critical in driving strategic decision-making by providing insightful financial analysis, robust forecasting, and performance tracking. As an FP&A Analyst, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support our ambitious growth plans and ensure financial discipline in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support short- and long-term planning.
  • Analyze financial and operational results, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance.
  • Build dynamic financial models to assess various business scenarios and their impact on company performance.
  • Partner with teams across the organization, including Product, Marketing, and Operations, to provide financial insights that guide strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in preparing materials for board meetings and investor updates, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company strategy.
  • Support cash flow forecasting and liquidity management to ensure financial health.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices in financial planning and reporting.


Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, investment banking, consulting, or related roles. Startup experience is a plus.
  • Advanced Excel skills with expertise in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan) and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite) is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.


ITAR Requirement

In compliance with International Traffic Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
