As an AI Developer on the Continued Service Improvement (CSI) contract, you will support the Department of Defense (DoD) and DHA by developing innovative AI-driven solutions that enhance system capabilities for approximately 24,000 users. The role involves developing chatbots, coding, and creating AI-based tools to improve operational support, while collaborating with a dynamic team that is committed to providing impactful technology for DoD operations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement AI-based solutions (e.g., chatbots) to enhance system functionality and improve user interaction.
  • Assist with system architecture development to ensure smooth integration with DoD systems.
  • Contribute to coding and software development efforts using languages such as Python and JavaScript.
  • Provide Tier III Help Desk support as needed, addressing complex issues and providing technical assistance.
  • Participate in independent system testing (validation and verification) to ensure the reliability and performance of the technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review and improve documentation and processes.
  • Support innovative learning and training delivery through system improvements.
  • Contribute to a mission-critical contract with the Department of Defense and the Defense Health Agency.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic, innovative team focused on delivering impactful AI solutions.
  • Play a key role in shaping the future of global medical logistics and healthcare operations.

Required Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain federal clearance.
  • At least 4 years of relevant AI development experience.
  • Proven experience in chatbot development and other AI technologies.
  • Proficiency in coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or other programming languages).
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate remotely with diverse teams.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment with Jira and Confluence for project management and ticket tracking


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Defense Health Agency or Department of Defense systems.
  • Knowledge of system testing, validation, and verification processes.
  • Understanding of agile logistics capabilities and how they integrate into medical operations.
