PURPOSE Inside Sales Representative - Window and Door Service Coordinator The Service Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for customers and employees regarding warranty claims, parts and service needs, and scheduling service appointments. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and coordination of service schedules in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. Coordinate the schedule for field service technicians efficiently to meet customer needs. Conduct discovery over the phone and/or via e-mail to assess customer issues. Develop and implement appropriate action plans to resolve customer issues. Order replacement parts using manufacturers software. Prepare and submit required documentation for all warranty claims. Perform general office duties as required. Complete additional duties as specified by management. Requirements Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High proficiency in basic office applications including Office 365. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment. Minimum of 2 years of successful customer service experience. Experience in the window and door industry preferred but not required.
