About the opportunity
SWCA Environmental Consultants has an exciting opportunity for a Cultural Resources Team Lead for our Arizona offices (Tucson, Phoenix, Flagstaff). The Cultural Resources Team Lead is a core member of the Cultural Resources Program, responsible for managing staff, projects, and clients. In this role, you will assist the Directors, other Leads, and Project Managers with project coordination and ensuring quality work for cultural resource management projects and tasks. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of developing new business, managing large-scale projects, meeting financial goals, and mentoring others to do the same. This is a position provides the flexibility of a hybrid work environment and is based out of the Arizona region supporting our three Arizona offices (Tucson, Flagstaff, and Phoenix). This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to our Arizona Cultural Resources Director. Please provide a cover letter and a resume/CV with professional references to be considered. An employee in this Arizona-based position can expect an annual salary of $77,662.00/yr. - $101,228.00/yr. Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law. Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
